GEOGRAPHICAL AND RESOURCE ENDOWNMENT
Barangay Papandayan lies at the southern part of Pinamalayan. It is bounded on the east by Tablas Strait on the west by barangay Rosario, on the south by barangay Quinabigan and on the north by barangay Marfrancisco.
It is 4 kilometers away from the poblacion and it is along the National Highway, 3 kilometers from the adjacent municipality of Gloria and 76 kilometers from the Provincial Capitol.
The barangay has seven sitios namely Quezon, San Juan Mataas na Bayan, Laloma, Underpass, Pulong Kawayan and Dagatan.
Barangay Papandayan is 100% plain. It has a total land area of 572.000 Hectares.
Barangay Papandayan is a Rural Barangay.
